1. Prior to the acquisition of any object presented on the Web-Site, the user must register. After registration he or she will receive a password and user-name by e-mail. These will be valid for all further transactions on this Web-Site.
2. Every Web-Site transaction between a user and "The Tradition-Shop" will only be fully valid when it is accepted and confirmed by "The Tradition-Shop" .
3. The description of the items is made in good faith, but is an expression of opinion only. In any case, "The Tradition-Shop" . guarantees the authenticity of the item. Justified complaints must be made to "The Tradition-Shop" within 8 days of receipt of the item.
4. By registering the user accepts all of the General Conditions of Use as binding. Any other conditions appearing anywhere else on the Web-Site are considered to be an integral part of the General Conditions of Use, and are equally binding on the user.
5. Each purchaser is personally liable for his purchases and can not claim to acting for a third party.
6. The purchased item will only be sent after "The Tradition-Shop" . has received full payment of the purchase price, shipping costs and, in relevant cases, the German VAT.
The full cost will be debited to the purchasers credit card as per instructions. Other forms of payment (by bank transfer or check) can be made with the prior agreement of "The Tradition-Shop"
and with the provision of credit references. Any taxes or duties outside of Germany are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. Every transaction takes place in German and is governed by German law. The only site for court proceedings is
Bergisch Gladbach / Germany. Only the original German text of the Conditions of Use and Sale is legally binding;
those in other languages only appear as a help to the user.
8. "The Tradition-Shop" reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. The placement
of any changes on the Web-Site makes them immediately valid and binding on the user.
